SharePoint Shared Service

The SharePoint farm for the SPaSS service (https://spass.rwth-aachen.de) will be migrated to the new version Microsoft SharePoint Subscription Edition.
Migration is necessary because manufacturer support for the previously used version SharePoint 2019 will end in mid-2026.
In contrast to regular monthly maintenance, the service will NOT be available during the announced migration period. Please take this downtime into account in your planning.
From a user perspective, this update will not result in any significant changes: All URLs will remain unchanged, and the look and feature sets will remain the same.
The COOP SharePoint farm (https://coop.rwth-aachen.de) will be migrated later and is NOT affected by this.

Die Sharepoint-Farm https://coop.rwth-aachen.de/ wird im genannten Zeitraum wird einer regelmässigen Wartung unterzogen.
Alle Anwendungen, die unterhalb der URL https://coop.rwth-aachen.de/ liegen, sind im genannten Zeitraum nicht erreichbar.

Folgende Dienste sind betroffen:
- Promotionsdatenbank (PromDB)
- Terminplanungstool (TPT)
- QMSLportal
- Druckservice-Portal
- Wohnportal (WARAn)
- elektronische Promotionsauslage (ePA)
- Lehrerhebungsbogen (LEB)
- Türinformationsdisplay (didi) - Konfiguration

Das System wird im genannten Zeitraum wird einer regelmässigen Wartung unterzogen.
Es kann dabei zu kurzen Verbindungsabbrüchen kommen.
