Due to the update, the number of days taken is currently being calculated incorrectly when requesting leave lasting several days. We are working on a solution.

The problem identified is also evident in that date values other than those specified in the application are stored and passed on in the workflow.

To prevent any further incorrect requests from being submitted, the eUrlaub request tile has been deactivated. Please submit requests for short-notice leave via the usual channels to your line manager.

An update of the operaing system and of the DMS software is taking place.
The DMS will not be available during the maintenance period.
Please complete your work in the DMS in time before the maintenance window begins and log out of the client.

The operating system upgrade is complete. Next, the DMS software will be updated.

The DMS update has now been completed as well.

Once again this year, the SAP system will need to be taken offline to install an annual update. The service portal, which includes invoice processing, business travel management, the holiday workflow and the MyCart procurement solution, will be unavailable from 8.00 pm on Thursday 8 October 2026 until approximately 4.00 pm on Saturday 10 October 2026. The reporting portal is not affected by this.
