Update of the DMS productive system

An update of the DMS software is taking place.
The DMS will not be available during the maintenance period.
This affects all users, the connection to SAP, as well as all interfaces – i.e., error messages may appear during document retrieval and storage.
Please complete your work in the DMS in time before the maintenance window begins and log out of the client.

SAP Service Portal shutdown due to maintenance work

Due to maintenance work, the productive SAP system must be shut down. The service portal with electronic invoice processing, business trip management, holiday workflow and procurement portal will be shut down on Friday, 12 December 2025 at around 1 p.m. The service portal is expected to be available again at around 6 p.m.
The report portal is not affected by this.
