Currently, isolated issues may occur with Master's courses taken in advance when registering for courses, exams and accessing views there.
Staff and students have reported that the course selection or the analysis view for Master's courses taken in advance is not loading. In addition, registrations could not be completed.

These issues have already been investigated and reported to the system provider. We hope they will be resolved shortly.

During the specified maintenance window, the IT Center will perform maintenance on the MySQL databases used by the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service. As part of the maintenance, the databases will be unavailable for a total of approximately 15 minutes.

During this time, new logins to services using RWTH Single Sign-On will not be possible. Existing sessions will remain active and will not be affected by the maintenance.

Due to database maintenance, the RWTHonline support form will be temporarily unavailable during the specified time period.

At the moment, initial registration in RWTHonline is unfortunately not possible using @hotmail.com or @outlook.com email addresses, because emails cannot be sent to those domains.
Please use an alternative email address for registration until further notice.

Our specialist department has been informed and is already working on resolving the issue.
