Grades occasionally not visible in the application “My Achievements”
Currently, there are isolated cases where students are unable to view their grades in the application “My Achievements”. The development team has already been informed and is working on a solution.
In the meantime, students can use two alternative ways to view their grades:
- In the application “My Studies”, a list of achievements can also be found under “My Planning” and “Exams”.
- In the application "Documents", students can download a transcript of records or a statement showing all achievements and attempts.
Access to archive system for final theses via RWTHonline temporarily unavailable
The Central University Administration (ZHV) will be performing maintenance work on the document management system (DMS) on 16 December 2025 between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. [1].
Theses submitted digitally via RWTHonline are archived via the DMS. This process is automatic; the systems are linked.
Due to a change in the above-mentioned maintenance, a change must also be made to the connected service afterwards. Therefore, in the period from
16 December 2025, 4 p.m. to 17 December 2025, 9 a.m.
the following restrictions may apply to the management of theses via RWTHonline:
- Theses and files that have already been archived cannot be accessed
- It will not be possible to archive new theses and files
Once maintenance is complete, the services will be available as usual. In particular, files to be archived during the maintenance period will be transferred to the DMS retrospectively.
Further note: No restrictions on submission are expected during the night of 16 December to 17 December.
