When streaming via a video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom), microphone audio is not correctly captured or played back.

If the second projection screen cannot be activated via the control panel in PPS H1, the projector might not be switched on. For this reason, a remote control is provided in the right-hand drawer of the desk.
You can switch the projector on manually using the remote control while facing the back of the unit from the seating area.

Due to maintenance work on the storage system (Ceph Storage), the following applications will experience disruptions during the maintenance window:

• RWTHonline: Documents cannot be uploaded or downloaded in the “Submission of Final Theses” application. You should also complete any file uploads before the maintenance window begins to avoid errors.
• RWTHmoodle: Playing and editing existing videos, as well as uploading new videos, will not be possible. This only affects videos made available via the “Opencast” streaming application.
• Lecture Hall Streaming: Streaming videos from the lecture halls will not be possible.
• GitLab: Uploads (and downloads) of user files and images, CI/CD pipelines, artifacts and registries, and LFS will not be available. Backups will also not be possible.
• Linux Installation Server: The provision of Linux RPM packages and Kickstart files will be affected during the maintenance period.
• GigaMove: Uploading and downloading files will not be possible.
