Restarting two telephone servers for troubleshooting purposes

Some of the telephony servers will need to be restarted once as part of the troubleshooting process and testing of a bug fix.
This will cause existing calls to be disconnected and phones to re-register.
We are working to minimize the impact as much as possible.
