Maintenance MySQL Database Server

Maintenance work will be performed on the IT Center’s MySQL database servers during the specified time period. During this maintenance the affected MySQL databases will be unavailable for a for a while

Among others (Gigamove, SeviRe, Jards, Mailadm, ADAM (Admin-Interface), RWTHblog, RANF, RWTHonline Supportform), the databases of the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) service are also affected by this maintenance.
Due to the critical importance of Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for RWTH’s operational processes, work on the MFA-related databases will be carried out immediately at the start of the maintenance. Accordingly, MFA will be unavailable between 7:00 a.m. and approximately 7:20 a.m. During this time, new logins to services using RWTH Single Sign-On will not be possible, but existing sessions will remain active.

Austausch Datacenter Core-Router

Im angegebenen Zeitfenster werden die beiden redundanten Datacenter Core-Router gegen leistungsfähigere Router ersetzt. Da der Austausch wechselseitig erfolgen kann, ist dieser unterbrechungsfrei geplant.

Gigamove is currently experiencing issues with file uploads. Uploads may not be processed correctly, and the links provided may not be accessible.

We are aware of the issue and are working on a solution.

We worked on the upload issue today. Based on the current status, the function should now be available again as expected.

GigaMove Speicherumstellung

We are switching GigaMove storage.

Dual operation will be in place for two weeks.

This means that previously uploaded files can still be downloaded for the usual two weeks, but the subscription period cannot be extended.

All new files will be uploaded directly to the new storage as usual.

The web application will be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.
